泌阳断陷下第三系核三~上段陆相层序各体系域岩石地球化学旋回性特征

泌阳断陷下第三系核三上段可划分为三个陆相层序（S4、S5和S6）．每一层序自下而上发育TST、HST和RST三个体系域。对泌阳断陷下第三水核三上段S5层岸各体系域中几类岩石地球化学标型参数的研究发现，在S5层序形成时期，由于在一个旋回性变迁的古气候（古湿度和古温度）驱动下，湖平面发生了一次完整的旋回性变化；湖泊水体的物理化学条件（古盐度、古酸碱度、古氧化还原电位等）及物源性质亦随之发生一次旋回性变化：相应地，沉积岩中岩石类型、矿物成分（主要指粘土矿物和胶结物）、化学成分（包括常量元素和微量元素及水溶性离子等）以及碳、氧同位素等皆发生了一次旋回性变化。     

生物强化对MBR系统生物特性及群落结构的影响

采用高效菌强化膜生物反应器对溴氨酸废水进行处理,考察了生物强化前后系统对溴氨酸的降解能力及其内部微生物生理状态变化.并采用核糖体基因间隔序列分析技术(RISA)解析了高效菌投加前后污泥系统的群落变化.实验表明,投菌后在进水负荷增加的条件下,上清液和膜出水的溴氨酸脱色率分别约为50%和65%,相应的COD去除率分别约为25%和50%,和投菌前基本保持一致;TTC-脱氢酶活性和胞外聚合物(EPS)浓度略有波动,但是运行一段时间后即恢复到投菌前水平.群落分析表明高效菌可以在系统中稳定存在,并且不对原菌群结构造成较大影响.     

Achondrogenesis type II (Langer–Saldino) in association with jugular lymphatic obstruction sequence

The prenatal diagnosis of achondrogenesis in association with cystic hygroma is described. Ultrasound findings of severe short-limbed dwarfism, decreased vertebral ossification, and normal ossification of the calvarium were all consistent with achondrogenesis type II. Although the unusual finding of associated cystic hygroma raised the suspicion of a concurrent chromosome abnormality, the karyotype of both fetal lymphocytes and fetal fibroblasts was normal. Autopsy confirmed dilated lymphatic channels in the basal endothelial layer of the skin, cystic hygroma, and coarctation of the aorta. Although previously unreported, we suggest that the features of this case of achondrogenesis indicate an association with lymphatic stasis and jugular lymphatic obstruction sequence in this syndrome.     

深度学习方法在上海市PM2.5浓度预报中的应用

为提升PM_2.5浓度预报能力,尤其是对PM_2.5重污染的预报能力,以中尺度气象-化学耦合模式系统（WRF-Chem）为基础,结合中尺度WRF气象预报数据、地面及高空气象观测数据、PM_2.5浓度观测数据,基于人工智能深度学习序列到序列的算法建立了上海市PM_2.5统计预报模型.结果表明,人工智能深度学习算法（Seq2seq）明显修正了WRF-Chem模式由于模型非客观性造成的偏差,提高了上海市PM_2.5浓度的预报能力;该算法优化和修正了WRF-Chem模式结果,并通过检验发现可以使PM_2.5浓度预报值与实况值间的相关系数由0.51上升至0.79,均方根误差由25.9μg/m³下降至15.01μg/m³.而单独使用套索法（Lasso）线性回归算法对WRF-Chem模式优化效果不理想.基于Seq2seq的PM_2.5浓度预报修正模型能够有效提升预报精度.     

澧水流域生态系统服务价值与生态补偿策略

为了协调区域经济发展与生态保护的关系,以澧水流域为研究对象,采用修正的生态系统服务价值系数分析了2001—2013年该区域生态系统服务价值(ESV)的变化情况,并构建灰色模型对2016—2025年生态系统服务价值进行预测,同时综合考虑研究区域经济发展水平,引入生态补偿优先级(ECPS)对不同区域生态补偿的迫切程度进行了量化. 结果表明:①2001—2013年,澧水流域生态系统服务价值从2001年的313.70×108元降至2013年的313.32×108元;GM(1,1)模型预测结果显示,2025年澧水流域生态系统服务价值将降至311.22×108元. ②澧水流域8个县(市/区)的生态系统服务价值和生态补偿优先级存在较大差异,澧水上游(桑植县)和中游(永定区、武陵源区、慈利县、石门县)为整个澧水流域提供了良好的生态服务,属于“生态输出”地区,应该优先得到生态补偿;而下游(澧县、临澧县、津市市)的生态优先级较小,属于“生态消费”地区,应当率先进行生态支付. 研究结果有利于制订合理的生态补偿价格,调节生态保护利益相关者之间的利益关系,有助于当地政府研究制订比较完整的生态补偿政策决策.      

旅游资源竞争力与旅游收入关系实证分析——以安徽省17地市为例

在构建旅游资源竞争力评价指标体系的基础上，运用位序得分法对安徽省17个地市的旅游资源竞争力进行了评价，同时借助两轴折线图、散点图及拟合曲线等工具对17个地市旅游资源竞争力与旅游收入关系进行了实证分析。结果表明，安徽省绝大多数地市旅游业发展仍依赖于旅游资源；少数地市旅游资源竞争力与旅游收入出现偏离，成为非旅游资源依赖性城市。从资源属性来看，综合类旅游资源与旅游收入的相关性最大，其次为自然类旅游资源，人文类的相关性最小。     

短小芽孢杆菌A—30耐碱性木聚糖酶基因的分子生物学研究

采用PCR方法对短小芽孢杆菌A－30菌株的耐碱性木聚糖酶基因进行克隆。在木聚糖选择平板上用刚果红染色法筛选出阳性克隆，提取阳性克隆的重组质粒进行酶切鉴定和测序。该基因在大肠杆菌中表达，过夜培养物胞外、胞内和周质空间的木聚糖酶酶活分别为0．159IUmL^-1、0.322IUmL^-1和0.007IUmL^-1。此木聚糖酶表现出较宽的pH作用范围，最适作用pH7左右，在pH9时仍有60％以上的酶活性。图4参14     

Identification of various laccases induced by anthracene and contribution to its degradation in a Mediterranean coastal pine litter

Mediterranean coastal ecosystems are known to be highly subject to natural and anthropic environmental stress. In this study, we examine the effects of anthracene as a common pollutant on the total microbial communities from a Pinus halepensis litter of a typical Mediterranean coastal site (Les Calanques, Marseille). The main objective was to identify the microbial factors leading the resilience of this ecosystem. Two questions were addressed: (i) how lignin-degrading enzymes (Laccase, Lignin-peroxidase and Mn-peroxidase) are affected by the presence of this molecule, (ii) whether the indigenous consortia are involved in its degradation in mesocosms under favorable incubation conditions (25 °C, 60% WHC) and after different time intervals (1 and 3 month(s)). We found a strong increase in laccase production in the presence of anthracene after 3 months, together with anthracene degradation (28% ± 5). Moreover 9,10-anthraquinone is detected as the product of anthracene oxidation after 3 months. However neither lignin-peroxidase activity nor Mn-peroxidase activity is detected. Laccase proteins directly extracted from litter were sequenced via Nano-LC-MS/MS and reveal twelve different peptide sequences induced by the presence of anthracene in the mesocoms. Our study confirms the major detoxification role of this enzymatic system and highlights the high degradation potential of fungal species inhabiting P. halepensis litter, a factor in the resilience of Mediterranean ecosystems.     

Insights into a novel nitrogen removal process based on simultaneous anammox and denitrification(SAD) following nitritation with in-situ NOB elimination

Simultaneous anammox and denitrification(SAD) is an efficient approach to treat wastewater having a low C/N ratio; however, few studies have investigated a combination of SAD and partial nitritation(PN). 大鼠类Alu重复序列的克隆及其在染色体DNA突变分析中的应用
